Introduction

Ngema graduated with Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2016 from Nitte University, India and completed his Masters of Public Health from Deakin University in 2020.
Ngema has experience of working in both acute hospital and private practice settings back in his hometown, Nepal. As a sports enthusiastic, Ngema has also worked with professional soccer club in Nepal and helped athletes with their fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation with great results.
After relocating to Melbourne in 2018, Ngema has experience of working in aged care and private practice settings and gained experience in wide range of musculoskeletal, sports, neurological and geriatric physiotherapy, and chronic pain management. Ngema has special interest in treating patients with shoulder, neck, back and knee pain as well as musculoskeletal and sports injuries, helping them to achieve best outcomes.
Most importantly, Ngema believes every patient is unique and his/her experience of problem is different to others, so he loves to work in collaboration with patients to discuss their problems, develop individualised treatment plan and help them achieve their goals.
Ngema believes that learning never stops, so he is continuously keen to upgrade his knowledge and skills, to provide the best care to the patients.
Ngema has great communication skills and can speak English, Nepali and Hindi fluently.
In his free time, Ngema loves going for a long drive, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and cooking good meals.
